1. المعلومات التي نقوم بجمعها
يجمع تطبيق وصّيني فقط المعلومات الضرورية لتقديم خدمة الطلب التوصيل بشكل صحيح وآمن، وتشمل:
أولاً: معلومات الحساب
رقم الموبايل لإنشاء الحساب والتحقق من هوية المستخدم.
رمز التحقق (OTP) لضمان أن الرقم يعود لصاحبه.
ثانياً: معلومات الموقع
يطلب التطبيق إذن الوصول للموقع الجغرافي للأسباب التالية:
تحديد موقع الزبون لتوصيل الطلبات.
تحديد موقع المتجر أو صاحب المحل لعرضه على الخريطة.
تحسين دقة عمليات التوصيل.
ثالثاً: معلومات أصحاب المتاجر
لضمان الموثوقية ومنع الاحتيال، يطلب التطبيق من أصحاب المتاجر:
صورة الهوية الشخصية.
إثبات دفع عند الاشتراك في باقات المتاجر.
رابعاً: معلومات الدفع
التطبيق لا يجمع أي معلومات دفع من الزبائن.
يتم جمع إثبات الدفع فقط من أصحاب المتاجر عند الاشتراك.
2. كيف نستخدم المعلومات
يستخدم تطبيق وصّيني البيانات فقط للأغراض التالية:
إنشاء الحساب والتحقق من الهوية.
تحديد مواقع التوصيل والمتاجر.
التواصل بين الزبون، المتجر.
تفعيل اشتراك المتاجر والتحقق من صحة بياناتهم.
تحسين جودة الخدمة وتجربة المستخدم.
3. مشاركة البيانات
تطبيق وصّيني لا يشارك أي بيانات مع أي جهة خارجية، ولا يبيع أو يتاجر بأي معلومة تخص المستخدمين.
لا يتم مشاركة صور الهوية.
لا يتم مشاركة بيانات الموقع.
لا يتم مشاركة أرقام الهواتف.
لا يتم مشاركة إثباتات الدفع.
كل البيانات تبقى داخل النظام فقط لتقديم الخدمة.
4. حماية البيانات
نلتزم بحماية بيانات المستخدمين عبر:
تخزين البيانات على خوادم آمنة.
تشفير المعلومات الحساسة.
تقييد الوصول للبيانات على الموظفين المخوّلين فقط.
عدم استخدام أي معلومة لأي غرض غير مذكور في هذه السياسة.
5. حقوق المستخدم
يحق للمستخدم:
طلب حذف حسابه نهائياً.
طلب حذف أي صورة أو وثيقة قام برفعها.
إيقاف مشاركة الموقع في أي وقت (مع العلم أن بعض الميزات قد تتوقف).
معرفة كيف يتم استخدام بياناته.
6. التزامات أصحاب المتاجر
عند رفع صور الهوية أو إثبات الدفع، يوافق صاحب المتجر على:
أن المعلومات صحيحة.
أن التطبيق يستخدمها فقط للتحقق من صحة المتجر.
إمكانية حذفها عند طلبه.
7. التعديلات على سياسة الخصوصية
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة عند الحاجة، وسيتم إعلام المستخدمين داخل التطبيق عند حدوث أي تغيير.

Wasseni collects only the information necessary to provide delivery services accurately and safely. This includes:
First: Account Information
Mobile number for creating the account and verifying the user’s identity.
Verification code (OTP) to ensure the number belongs to the user.
Second: Location Information
The app requests access to the user’s geographic location for the following reasons:
Determining the customer’s location for order delivery.
Identifying the store or shop location to display it on the map.
Improving the accuracy of delivery operations.
Third: Store Owner Information
To ensure trust and prevent fraud, the app requires store owners to provide:
A photo of their personal ID.
Proof of payment when subscribing to store packages.
Fourth: Payment Information
The app does not collect any payment information from customers.
Proof of payment is collected only from store owners when they subscribe.
2. How We Use the Information
Wasseni uses the collected data solely for the following purposes:
Creating accounts and verifying identities.
Determining delivery and store locations.
Facilitating communication between the customer and the store.
Activating store subscriptions and verifying their information.
Improving service quality and user experience.
3. Data Sharing
Wasseni does not share any data with any external party, nor does it sell or trade any user information.
ID photos are not shared.
Location data is not shared.
Phone numbers are not shared.
Payment proofs are not shared.
All data remains within the system solely to provide the service.
4. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting user data through:
Storing information on secure servers.
Encrypting sensitive data.
Restricting data access to authorized personnel only.
Not using any information for purposes not stated in this policy.
5. User Rights
Users have the right to:
Request permanent deletion of their account.
Request deletion of any uploaded image or document.
Disable location sharing at any time (noting that some features may stop working).
Know how their data is being used.
6. Store Owner Obligations
When uploading ID photos or proof of payment, the store owner agrees that:
The information provided is accurate.
The app uses it only to verify the store’s authenticity.
It can be deleted upon request.
7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this policy when necessary, and users will be notified inside the app if any changes occur.
